So many ridiculous request just to withdraw my money which my friend transferred to me from Japan
Like for god sake I got everything , references number , my friend IC , I was able to show . And I filled up wrong part in the form , she refused me to amend and when I asked for new form she said she couldn’t give anymore cos as the part of policy
And when I say never mind , she just tore off the paper . Then why she couldn’t give me the new form
And I was so done with this two Chinese staff
Went to Toa Pa Yoh central money gram outlet
I was able to withdraw money within 10mins
Don’t waste ur time going that terrible agent
