Pawpy Kisses Pet Shop & Pet Grooming Services - #01-02

we are utterly heartbroken that pawpy Kisses no longer shows as much compassion as compared to when they were a much smaller shop. Bibo had been with them for many years and temperament only changed recently as she is suffering from dementia. I would have thot pawpy Kisses to show us more empathy. instead. they advised us to get a home groomer.

We’ve been trying out several pet grooming services around central Singapore and our Ah Wang was happy with none of them until we finally found this outfit tucked in a quiet corner. Ah Wang smelt like heaven. Most importantly, she was definitely not traumatised at all, unlike the previous sessions which she absolutely hated. They offer competitive pricing and timely festive promotion. This is definitely my stop for my pet supplies and grooming services. ?

I am a repeat customer. Pawpy Kisses carries a wide range of pet food and supplies and I've been getting pet food/treats for my dogs as the price are reasonable. I usually purchase items from PK from Shopee as it is very convenient. Items delivered are usually fast and well-packed. Great service as well.

Ordered my pet food from them for several time. Very quick and responsive! Love the fuss free service too!

Kind staff, showed me around. First puppy in 9 years or so, kinda forgot what it's like to have a puppy and what she needed. Got sold the dental starter kit spray... feels overpriced and useless. My fault for not researching more about it before purchasing.

Shop communicated a delivery date, then asked for reschedule, then was late for agreed delivery slot, and when they finally delivered: 1) wrong product (which is completely oos when I followed up - makes me wonder if they were already aware while packing but chose to replace it with another product without the decency and honesty as a business to check prior to delivery) and 2) missing product which caused convenience as we had to arrange another slot for me to receive the product (frozen item). Post sale customer service was also non-existent when I asked some questions about one of the products I bought. Do not recommend.

Excellent Customer Service ! Staff will update you delivery time & preferred slot. Very accommodating to my delivery request & always give freebies. Definitely will have happy & satisfy return customers. Prices are reasonable too. Thumbs up for the great experience !

Discovered Pawpy Kisses in May ’21 and it was the best discovery ever! We have been returning to the store ever since. I love how it is a one stop center for me to get the necessities for my puppies. Love the vast variety of brands with stock readily available in store. Did a few last-minute online purchases with the option of self-pick up and the coordination for it was fuss free! I could literally walk in and collect my purchases within 30mins to an hour after the completion of my order. The customer service was superb as I was unsure on the brands of food to get for my picky toy poodle and the staff took time to explain and assist me accordingly. We ended up with Orijen Puppy Kibbles and my toy poodle loves it! (Sorry! Only managed to capture an empty bowl all the time!) Overall, we have had a wonderful experience shopping with them and the friendly staff makes it even better! Kudos to the staff of Pawpy Kisses! Keep up the amazing work! Perhaps someday, we’ll try out the grooming services at your place ?
