โ โ โ โ โ Worst customer service they don't want listen what customer said.Today i want to renewal and return one of the pawn item.I wish to pay 500 dollars but they accepted money for returned item only i don't know why remaining amount they don't want to deduct from previous pawn amount.

The priority i will go there because of all the staff very friendly n helpful although i told them i have budget. The 2nd things is i always can get some satiesfield offer items from there. โ โ โ โ โ Went to moneymax paywnshop in boon lay today to do a trade in/sell. Was served by one short hair lady wearing black polo I don't know why not wearing uniform like the others. She was having her lunch or something. The attitude towards me and my wife was very rude. Even asked my wife for her IC. Maybe cos we malay and we look like some sec school kids. Took back the gold and quickly walk away. First time experiencing this at the shop. The other staff was kind and nice. I guess a hungry woman is an angry woman.

โ โ โ โ โ I m very happy n very satisfied with the service attitude Here, I want to choose a bracelet for my friend's birthday. Their all staff patiently introduced them. I also told them my budget. In order to make my payment more convenient, they also told me there are interest-free installments. I m very happy that they gave me different opinions. And tell me there is something right here, there is something to sell gold. At the final payment, I took out my credit card n my ID passed for them. They are very politely said thank you n did not need ID card. Thank you all Boon Lay staffs
