β β β β β Brought my granny to buy gold necklace for my nephew. Went on 19 Feb 2022 5.40pm. 1st sales lady(older)ask us to check in and wait for a moment. Then this 2nd sales lady(younger) ignore my granny when my granny is talking to her. And she went ahead to serve another customer who came in later than us. Super bad service by this younger sales lady. End up I told my granny to leave and we bought from the next door shop valuemax. Which provided better service. Store manager please look into this matter and train your staff to be better in customer service.
