Horrible service. The male salesperson (did not managed to get his name) showed zero interest to serve us. Stood behind the glass display and never bother to intro us anything when we were looking for wedding band. Was reluctant to show us the products. When we asked for the price, he briefly click the calculator and gave out the vibe as though he was looking down on us. Terrible experience and will definitely not return. Strongly recommend Goldheart to equip their staff with better customer service skills.

Mr jack in nexx mall Goldheart outlet has been a splendid jewellery advisor. He make my experience shopping there a wonderful and fruitful one. Recommended for couples or anyone to get their jewellery there it is worth the experience

Terrible service at Nex Goldheart with sales rep Nicholas. I would not recommend anyone to shop there and the other reviews have proven that their service standards are sub-par I bought 2 items in Aug 2021. SIX MONTHS later in Feb 2022, he contacted me saying that he miscalculated the price and asked me to top-up the difference in amount. The decision was made to purchase back in August because both parties agreed to the selling price and the transaction, closed. If miscalculation happened, it should be dealt and handled internally and not escalating it to the customer, again - SIX MONTHS later demanding for payment of the balance. Secondly, I felt it was inappropriate for him to contact me via text using his own personal number. Isn’t there some form of professionalism or protocol for such things. Particularly when asking for payment? He even requested that I paynow him if I couldn’t make it down to the outlet. Is that the right procedure? Overall, what was a relatively good experience is now overshadowed by this poor customer experience. And it’s something that I would’ve expected a lot more from Goldheart.

Shop looks very attractive with an amazing collection. We were served by Jack and he did such a great job, very patient, did great recommendations and was very impressive. Strongly recommend others to visit this outlet to get amazing pieces with a great service!

Wonderful experience with a nice layout and amiable staff. Bought earrings, a few bracelets and a k-style pendant as birthday presents. Spent an hour in the store as there were simply too many choices to choose from. Love that many of the designs are stylish and chic. Special mention to samsung(trainee) who was patient, friendly and attended to my needs. I have always enjoyed my shopping experiences in gold heart outlets. Will definitely return. 1

Last week I went to Goldheart located at serangoon nex. I was looking for a gift for my wife. While looking around, i was approached by staff jermaine and KC, they were very patient and not pushy at all. In the end I bought a bracelet. I really have a terrific and wonderful experience over there. I will recommend those who are looking for jewellery to visit the outlet.
