I bought a reasonably priced snooker cue and he even corrected a glitch in my stroke when trying out cues on his pool table. Excellent experience and I have made a friend for life.

I even had the opportunity to choose a variety of cues to test and purchased the one that I felt most right in my hands! Prices are slightly high, but very much worth it for the product care and service after purchase! Overall very very pleased with my purchase here!

My dad and I were quite straightforward with our budget and the shop owner uncle is not pushy about it. Although it is not the cheapest, the good service is certainly worth every cent. Thank you!

Best of all, he doesn't hard sell and isn't pushy as well. All in all I love the Action cue I bought from the shop. A bit more than what I would like to spend, but the cue has really made my game experience improved by a lot compared to regular house cues

The shop is really small but the owner, Uncle Ong, managed to squeeze in a small pool table in a corner with a good selection of cues displayed on the wall. Uncle Ong recommended some cues to my son with different price range and even gave useful tips on cue maintenance and chalking. Prices are reasonable and in the end we bought one of the cues that my son liked. We spent an hour in the shop because Uncle Ong is just the friendliest guy and we chatted about life, family, education, career, food, and a little bit about billiards, haha. This shop is highly recommended because of Uncle Ong!
