It has been a pleasant and smooth experience connecting with Secret Furnishing, from start of my enquiry and quote by Timothy, to the sales person Elson who assisted me very professionally, promptly and efficiently. Thk you for expediting my installation date too! The pricing was also comparatively more reasonable for the basic and durable blinds I wanted. I only wish there was more colour choices on the brown tones I was looking for. The guys who installed the blinds were also super efficient and friendly, thank you again!

Smooth transaction throughout the whole time. Staff was patiently attentive to my parents requests and got their measurements all done nicely. Communication was quite prompt. Set up for the blinds and curtains were done within the hour and quite professionally too.

Materials for both venetian and combi blinds are of great quality! Prices are reasonable even with upgraded pulleys.. do compare with other companies before u buy..mine is so far so good!

Great experiences from inquiring to confirmation, and then to measurement and installation. We asked for modern looking blinds, that can block out sunlight at will. And here we are, tasetefuly made black on back fabric with a black casing, perfect.

Joe was very professional and gave very good advice after listening to what we wanted. We had a tricky corner and he managed to work out a solution to place Venetian blinds there. None of the other companies we spoke to could figure the solution but he did. The after sales follow up was very prompt and pleasant. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Secret Furnishing to all! The experience dealing with everyone in the company had been very pleasant and easy. On two separate occasions, Joe and Timothy attended to my husband and I in the showroom. Both of them were very helpful and professional. No hard-selling at all and very honest about the pros and cons of each product. Elson was being assigned to take site measurement and i must say that he was extremely patient and knowledgeable in providing answers to all my questions. Last but not least, the two skillful installers - the guys who make it or break it! I ordered an odd U-shape curve track for day and night curtains (we decided on dim-out effect night curtains, not the black-out ones for easier maintenance), and their skills and workmanship were remarkable! The end result of all the blinds and curtains installed is way beyond my expectations!! Overall, this young company, along with its lively and enthusiastic staff (sales, site measurement, installers, and the communication with its logistics and customer service) has contributed to my very positive buying experience. Found them through an online search. Made my way all the way to the showroom which was worth my time. A patient hearing was given to my needs and the quote was reasonable. The collection was huge and awesome. I chose a combination of venetian blinds and curtains.The technicians who came to install on the appointment day were thorough professionals, who did a fantastic job. A couple of months later one of the strings of the Venetian blinds developed an issue, which was promptly attended to. Will highly recommend Secret furnishings for their professionalism and quality of service.
