★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Moolafx machine has problem accepting older notes. All my notes are intact, no cut or break; yet the machine rejected half. So be prepared for the risk of a partial exchange after you made the trip. No support is offered whatsoever after calling customer service. And the number seems to belong to some random guy, as after the first call the number became unavailable. Bad experience, 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like other users said, the machine cannot accept older notes. For example, the latest Indonesian Rupiahs notes can only be accepted. Even if you have a pristine IDR older notes it will reject. This is very inconvenient. Besides, the rates for IDR is much much much lower than the current FX. Absolutely LOWEST ridiculous lowball exchange rates, it’s daylight robbery.
Don’t waste your time.
Malaysian ringgit works fine, again not the best rates.
