★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an innocent phone call to check on the Buy/Sell rate and I got a lecture from the guy. Seriously shocking! I genuinely need both rates and he thought I was fishing rates?? No way I am dealing with them. Disappointed

First time online book rates , I didn’t know public Holliday close so I tried cancel can’t cancel , that was my mistake .
Second time book online for money exchange on Friday go during my lunch time but can’t cause only on Friday they close 12-2pm . Should have update on google before calling and accusing on abusing your website .
I’ve been a loyal customer to this exchange service but now not anymore, we are all humans don’t treat others the way you don’t want to be treated. Learn your manners.

The process at the place was smooth too. Just had to queue and show them my transaction number and it was settled. Received my money and was good to go. Thankfully I locked in the rates as it went up!
My only negative point is that… before I left, the person at the counter grabbed my arm and said with a stern face and voice before handing me the money… “next time change in round/whole numbers please”. I understand why he would said that, but I don’t understand why approve/confirm the transaction if that’s the case???
Apart from that, it’s a great place to change $.
