From selection to intake, the process is fuss-free, and it's rewarding to see and feel positive effects post-consumption. My pick: supercurcumin. Keeps inflammation at bay, and really helps with persisting skin issues.

The super amla and zinc seem to have helped with my hair growth and boosting immunity. I also take synbiotic for overall body balance, gut and vaginal health. Generally the packs are easy to bring along, one packet a day that’s personalised for one’s needs!

I've also seen a significant improvement with my mensural cycle which used to be extremely irregular. I didn't like the idea of being on the pill to regulate my hormones, so Moom was a great option to try out because it's non chemical and looks to heal the body . Maya has also been with me every step of the way and took a lot of care on finding out what my concerns are and shared her own experience.
