β β β β β Bought superior Guo Qi Zi from this outlet and had put in the fridge for quite awhile. When we plan to use it, we found out that the Guo Qi turn bad (Color changed). We called up the shop but they are reluctant to exchange and had claimed that box has expired. To add, the store assistant was very rude when we reported this incident to them....i have been supporting this product for many years and will NOT support them anymore.

β β β β β I visited Eu Yan Sang Tiong Bahru Plaza on 19 Dec 2019 and purchased a variety of items totaling $334. for home delivery at 5pm on 26 Dec , which is today . i waited but the goods never arrived. I am very disappointed for Eu Yan Sang to give such bad service . At least give me a call if you can't fulfill your obligation to deliver as promised.
The staff was Lee Fang Ying and the salesperson Chia Ee Hua. Please check out what happened and call me on phone nos 97454000.
