★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always did my lashes at pricy lash salons. Gave Moonlash a try yest. Excellent after-sales service. Pei Pei who did my lashes was very patiient and meticulous. Highly recommended!
Edited : one week later, most of the lashes have dropped. I'm not blaming on their glue but perhaps my own lashes just arent that strong so i called in to request that i dropped by to remove the extensions to realize that they charge $10 for extension removal for lashes done at their shop. Thats a FIRST! Almost all the lash salons DO NOT CHARGE REMOVAL FEE UNLESS ITS EXTENSIONS NOT DONE BY THEIR OWN SALON.
Anyone thinking of getting lashes done at Moonlash Studio, do take note that they still charge you for lash removal even for lashes done by themselves.
So much for trying to attract new clients, rite?

It’s been exactly one week since I did my lashes. & 50% of them already dropped ?tried to WhatsApp them for a touch up session but no replies at all. The least they should do is to reply. Usually they reply quite fast when I ask for a appointment. money kinda wasted. Spent $65 to last barely for a week???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regular customer for many years now since 2018 and have only good things to mention about this establishment. It is clean, the lash technician, Doreen, is hospitable and the lash quality and glue is one of the best I've tried in the market so far. It doesn't cause irritation to my lids and it lasts a decent amount of time for me (approx 5 weeks on average). Price wise is affordable as compared to others. Definitely worth the penny for the quality I'm getting. ?
