C	Crystalx Col on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice interior but pushy staff. Did not even want to go back to finish my package with them because of all these stressful experiences with them. Kept calling me over the phone and I already informed them multiple times that there was no way I was going to finish the package cos I never want to go back and to stop calling me. Still, they keep calling every now and then to tell me my package is wasted etc. I rather not go there and continue paying more money to stress myself. I wouldn't even be leaving this review if they had left me alone.

Who are you trying to fool? I have raised this to fave and they said there's no chance for a refund as service has been rendered. You have been warned. Save your $30 and have a nice meal.

She has a very strong and magical touch and fix my knots almost instantly. I would highly recommend her if you plan to pay them a visit..!

How would I purchase a package with a staff with no name. I thought this is the basic etiquette! The only thing she mentioned is sorry I am alone today when I simply ask for her name. My reply to her is “ok sorry to hear that you are alone I will not buy the package today”

Experience has ranged from really good to really bad - it depends who you meet. At the Tampines One branch, Agnes is good for facial, she is careful and meticulous. For prenatal, I thought Stella was horrible, and an absolute waste of time - her pressure was so light like she was tired, even though I kept telling her to press harder. For the record I do moderate to hard pressure massages at Natureland and Green Apple with no issues and if a massage doesn’t help tiredness what is the point!?? Also quite frustrating to book appointments sometimes. The lady managing the booking system is quite incapable of understanding my requirements. For example I’ll say I’d like to avoid Stella but she keeps pushing Stella to me / confusing her staff, and suggest timings where I previously already said I can’t make it. ANNOYED. ??????
