★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sale person(Phoebe Kim) in charge of sale order 60806, decline the responsibility immediately after order is paid and delivery made. Call back to bedok branch and she keep saying 'couldn't understand' my enquires. During Pre-sale, she reassure to me that the head board and storage can be detached, no problem at all. However its sold in a set. No prices differences if u don't want either one of it. So I decide to use the headboard for something else. On the day of assemble, the delivery man say that it had to be assemble together else it will be a shaky base. Call back to ask phobe on it and she say she don't understand me. **Please don't overpromise customer if you cannot do it, it's OK to verify (call) with headquarter before answering. Whats worst is the lack of responsibility to follow-up. Do not recommend!
