When I visited his shop to take a look at rhe furniture, he was very helpful in recommending a cupboard that best suited my needs. One month later, I contacted him over WhatsApp to make the purchase and everything (from selecting the cupboard, to customising it with a mirror, to making the PayNow transfer) was done within 12 minutes.
I think that's one of the benefits of buying from a small neighbourhood business.
