β β β β β Long queue during lunch hours. Food order taking was slow because only 1 counter was opened, but serving of food was quick.
Went with 4 colleagues and I was the 1st to order. Went to collect my food at the same time my 4th colleague finished ordering her food.

β β β β β Very cool place. It is hidden in the side of the mall and the dining area is large compared to the kitchen area. The counter is horizontal which allows us to see the food preparation process. The service here is good. Overall a pretty decent place.

β β β β β The service level is horrible. Service staff has no sense of basic service. Choosing to shout out orders and getting customers to check in at counter. Despite already checked in at the self service order station. She claims and pointed to the poster saying βcannot read ahβ β go complain if you have questionsβ
No expecting top notch service but being shouted in an open concept fast food created lots of embarrassment for me. Will not ever step into MOS burger again. I have not even move to review the food.

β β β β β both the wagyu beef and yakiniku was nice, not my type as it taste slightly like sushi but still delicious. a perfect late night snack. the service of the staffs were also so nice and friendly.
