★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprised to see other patrons writing about the bad service experience at this outlet because I’ve been here at least thrice and not once were the staff rude or patronizing to me. Their juices have 2 sizes. The small one looks really small beside the large cup, but to be honest it’s enough for me because they really freshly squeezed the fruits and ingredients so doesn’t feel lacking in any way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food and coffee is generally ok. Ordered the club sandwich and tuna. Would be better if warmed up more. The cappuccino is alright but I would advise not to serve on a paper cup but on a warm cup. For ambience, I recommend the cafe to put up more soft fabric and curtains to absorb the echos whenever someone speaks.
Overall a little bit more pricy by about 20-30% than other cafes I have been to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contrary to other reviews, I had friendly service. The coffee and smoothies are fine. The chairs are comfortable. However, there are brazen indoor mosquitoes! I got bit 4 times in the café, in broad daylight. The music is also terrible and not cosy, like being in a mall. I wish I'd just taken my stuff to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at Joe and the Juice on a Monday which is a public holiday for their tuna and avo on rye and a smoothie and they had absolutely no stock except coffee. We used to visit Joe and the juice regularly, but since covid their business has gone downhill. It’s a real pity. The Joe and the Juice in the city (near Raffles Place) was the best one, but unfortunately closed down for renovations and hasn’t reopened. Is the company under new ownership or management?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t come here as often now due to Covid but always enjoyed the coffee and the juices. Service and prices has always been excellent. Doesn’t have many seats though (even before Covid) so have to hope that the place isn’t full.

Drinks are decent and staff are relatively friendly. The variety of drinks are really interesting as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sandwich is unexpectedly delicious while the juice is just normal. It will be good if they can clean the table before serving next customer. Besides, it will be good if they use number for customers to collect meal. It’s quite abrupt to hear someone yelling your name in a cafe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for a coffee in the afternoon. Prices are reasonable and coffee comes in 3 sizes. The place was full today so I got takeaway , but otherwise it would be a nice place to enjoy an afternoon read a book or have a chat with friends
