Service staff pays little to no attention to you, making u constantly having to stand up to look for them and ask to explain a game if you don’t know how to play. Not to mention that the games that are there is vv limited, alot of board games too… pretty boring if you like to play loud & thrilling games. The ambience is also not very welcoming/cosy. We played for a total of 5-6 hours and the total bill was $400? ?‍? Compared to king & the pawn (5 stars), this cafe was like a 1-2 star hotel…. Food & drinks is pretty expensive but the burgers are pretty good. However the sides & mains took a LOOONG time to arrive (~45m), we later ordered the waffle/smoothie bowl which they mentioned would take about 30 mins to arrive - so fair enough.

Good choice of board games. It's definitely expensive. The staff is helpful with recommendations and they'll sit down with you and explain the game. The kind staff is the added value over buying a board game in a shop for the same money as a 2h play here.

Fun times. Glad to see they also have local games like Saucy Grannies! Moscano tea and Oreo cake was good.

The staff working in the cafe are all very passionate, helpful, and caring. You can tell easily that they love their job from the way they interact with you. My friends and I love the services they provide and we're already looking forward to our next visit!

Dropped by this lovely 24 hour cafe for #lowcarb #keto me and non-keto friend after Halloween walk about! Staff are somewhat familiar with Keto and are willing to make changes to the menu items for your keto low carb diet! The carb dishes was eaten by my friend, while I sampled on the miso chicken chop, coated in a bit of the pasta's cream. Lovely old school flavour. Truffle crisscross fries was his favourite. He feels the waffle tasted a little floury, some may like, some may not. BUT! Excellent customer service! My silly hp strap caught my coffee cup and spilled my iced americano! They cheered me up and gave me a free replacement when I apologized for the trouble! Happy Lovely Halloween ? ??!!!

One of several Mosanco chains, but the only one that has a board games cafe. Option to buy a set meal plus 2hr game package, or just enjoy a long meal with friends. Menu quite limited, but enjoyed everything we ordered. Service was exceptional. Waiter gave good recommendations and even provided additional sampling of their own almond butter. While I won't recommend here if you're looking for lunch or dinner, but great place if you're looking friendly service and a cafe to spend time with friends.
