First time round I rented a Mercedes e200, upon returning the agent accused of a scratched that was at the boot without even checking a reference of the pictures she took a week prior when I rented the car out and said without a doubt it was a new scratch
Today I was returning a Mazda I have rented for two days and again they tell me there’s been a new scratch without any proper evidence. When asked for a before picture, they sent me a picture with no date or time and claimed it was taken the day before I rented out
The picture is their “evidence” that there’s been now scratches the day prior to my rental . Will definitely not rent from them as it seems to be some pattern they are doing

Upon return, forcefully charged us for a scratch that was not caused by us and had no proof that we caused the scratch. Strongly recommend against hiring from Motorway car rental. Please take pictures yourself before you get cheated and forced to pay post return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i rented a car for this CNY and Niko has provided excellent services to me and answering all my questions. Their CNY package is also very good and valued for money. Sadly, I was infected with COVID 1 day before my car collection date. Niko understand my situation and talked to their management. To my surprise, they allow to refund it to me. I was thinking that this might be just another car rental company that are out to take our money. Surprising services and good rational thinking on their end. I will definitely rent their car over the weekends once in a while just to support them and I can also go out and eat wind eat wind.
