My partner signed up their car servicing package. The staff will pick up from our residence and drop it back to us when we require their servicing. A day or more is required for car servicing. Colored photo print outs will be given on the dismantled parts in need of servicing.
Our car (KIA 5 years old) died on us twice both in the afternoon and though we waited a while for them to pickup, the towing staff responds to messages.
Just this year, my partner received a call and was surprised when the lady staff told us she was delivering a birthday cake, although belated but was still the birthday month. 1st time experiencing such a service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviced my 5 years old Nissan Teana today first time at Mova and not at Nissan agent workshop. Was impressed with the workshop tidiness, systematic workspace setup and service professionalism (.. ..realised later that the workshop is ISO9000 and Bizsafe 3 certified). Compared with long waits at previous services at agent workshop; handing over the car to the service representatives was much faster this time. Signed up with their 1 year membership program with 2 services to enjoy benefits including free towing service, free pick up and delivery of the car for the next service.
