β β β β β I do not recommend this supplier!! We had to chase them multiple times to know our delivery date and the timing (they changed the appointement several times). They cheated on us and they have no consideration for their customers... TO AVOID!

β β β β β I DO NOT recommend this moving company because first, they are not organized, AT ALL. After ordering a large amount of carton boxes from them, they did not even bother to send me an e-mail confirmation regarding my purchase, not even a receipt for my purchase (So I was wondering whether or not my payment has gone through or have I paid extra). I actually ordered twice, being, the first order came with a PayPal confirmation that my payment has been processed (however did I realize that I actually needed more boxes), so I went on to order another two extra cartons alongside with some wrapping accessories for the second time.
I did call them for the first purchase and they told me that they would get back to me regarding the delivery date. I called them twice.
As for the second delivery, it was horrible. I had to call them more than 4 times to enquire about my delivery day of my cartons. I ordered it on a Sunday but I wanted it to be delivered during the next business day (hence, I paid an extra business day delivery charge of $45, on top of the $50 delivery charge). However, they were so unprofessional and when I told them that I wanted my money refunded for the next business day delivery, they told me that itβs not possible to deliver the items on the next business day and they have to get back to me regarding my refund and the date/time where my items will be delivered. I am still hoping that they will refund me back my $45 dollars because my order came three days later. They did not even tell me when my money will be refunded. They just kept pushing the issue away and telling me that they will get the management to refund me back the money, without a gauge of the timing.
I called them again and they hunted up on me, at least 2 times. The delivery man was very aggressive when spoken to on the phone, and he hung up on me.
They cheated and lied to my face, thinking that I wasnβt aware of what they told me on the phone regarding the delivery. I called them so many times and itβs just a horrifying experience!
Honestly, I am really disappointed with their attitude, service professionalism and organization. I paid almost $300++ for the cartons and honestly, I thought it would be worth it. But itβs such a waste of my money and time!
I will never ever order anything from this company again and so should you.
They should start questioning their staffs and possibly hiring new ones, and start organizing their company PROPERLY before selling expensive items to their customers. I have never in my life written such a bad feedback regarding a companyβs service but this is my first and hopefully my last.
P.S: I am still waiting for my $45 next business delivery day money to be refunded to me.
