Opening hours put 8am to 8pm daily.
I was at Mr. Jeff Telok Blangah branch from 10am to 1pm on 5th March 2022. It was closed.
My receipt says collection from 11am onwards. But cannot collect.
Did not inform me beforehand. I went down, waited for 3 hours, whatsapp them and they did not reply.
Finally called me back at 430pm. To tell me my jacket is ready for collection. Hey it's just 1 jacket. Say they read my msgs and not even a word of apology.
So supposed to open at 8am but u simply decided to open at 430pm without notifying your customers. Good job. This is a trait of a spoilt kid.
Of course no need to apologize, when business provides this kind of unprofessional service, it just shows that their business is too good. So, offend and move on to next customer.
Mr. Jeff. What a disappointment.
