I would like to throw out a big THANKS to our ID Eric, Yawen and Andy in helping us through the whole renovation process and also being patient with all our requests with timely updates during the entire period. They are a helpful, attentive and professional team with vast experience behind them which enabled us to have a good final home design. We encountered high & low experiences during our renovation journey with Mr Shopper Studio team due to Covid 19 which caused slight delays in our carpentry work and late handover of our house. We chose to top up and go ahead with the local carpenters which did an excellent job in the end. The final completion of our home is an ideal one which me and my wife look forward to return back to our lovely home everyday. Last but not least, they were fast to address to defects when we found out that our leather sofa was torn behind. Without delay, they immediately contacted the sofa vendor on our behalf and arrange for the sofa to be repaired under warranty. A thumbs out for them on this matter. It is a memorable experience working with them and appreciate their dedication to their work. A recommended team to work with.

We really love the home that MSS has designed and built for us! My husband and I have different views when it comes to home design - while one prefers luxe and sophisticated, the other prefers minimalist and simple. We thought that this would be very hard to achieve and sought different vendors for opinions. A friend introduced us to Qanvast which enabled us to save several home designs we liked. This was when we realised many of the homes we liked were by Mr Shopper Studio and from their extensive online portfolio, had the initial confidence in their work. We met our ID Sherry at our first consultation and felt that she was attentive to our budget, design preferences, and lifestyle needs. By the second 3D drawing, she was able to create something we were in love with. Sherry's personality, enthusiasm and focus on customer-satisfaction enabled us to achieve the home we desired with lots of flexibility for our opinions. The completion of the home was left to our Project Manager Sam, and Home Stylist Reyane who took over as soon as we got the keys to our home. Sam was very helpful and professional throughout the process. She listened to our deadline and was frequently present at our home overseeing the renovation or when we needed her to come down. She was responsive and felt like she was a friend who listened when we needed help. She has a positive attitude and perseveres to rectify all the tiny issues of the home that we point out to her. Certainly it was due to her technical expertise and proactiveness that we have a home with the features we desired. Reyane also did a great work styling our home with our desired budget. The furniture and decorations are harmonious with the look and of good quality. A big THANK YOU to the team who made our home a lovely place to live and one we are proud to host our friends with!! With MSS, you can leave your home in their hands and they will do a great job with excellent customer service.

We had our house done by Mr Shopper Studio back in 2017. Kate and Tommy were very professional, patience and understanding through the renovation process. The entire duration of the renovation was mostly smooth and fuss free for us. Love the overall style and theme of our house making our home a comfortable place to rest and relax after a long day at work. After service was also great as they are willing to advise, assist and help any problems even after the warranty period. Overall, we are very satisfied with their products and services. Hi, we have recently completed the photoshoot of our new home that was renovated by Mr Shopper Studio. With this official handover done, we thought it would be a good idea to give a review about the entire design & renovation experience that we had with the MSS team to compliment them on a job well done! We first met Designer Sean on 15/12/2019 after writing in to MSS to enquire, after viewing their past projects through their Instagram page. My wife was very impressed with the Luxe feel of many of their completed projects. Sean impressed us a lot during that first meeting. He spent a bulk of the time finding out about us, who we are & what were some of our preferences. It was only some time later that we realised he wanted to know us well first, so that he could focus on designing a home that is customised to our personalities both individually & as a couple. This was unique to all the other experiences we had with other ID firms and led us to have confidence that he would be able to create a dream home for us. The next meeting we had was together with Project Manager Sam. Throughout that meeting, it was apparent to us that Sean & Sam would be a perfect duo to help us with our dream home. Sean would impress us with his rough sketches and design for the renovation, & Sam would point out details about materials, timelines, costs and other things for us to look out for. We left the meeting feeling even more confident that we made the right choice in engaging their services. Once we confirmed the design of the new home, we were briefed on the renovation plan with a very detailed schedule laid out. Then we had meetings with the diff vendors like plumbers, electricians and carpenters etc, and we felt that everything was very systematic. When the renovation works started, we were updated daily on the progress & during our adhoc visits to the jobsite, we found that many of the workers were also very nice & helpful. Sean was also very helpful to bring us to the stores to choose the tiles & kitchen mechanisms, & Sam was very diligent to liaise with our own suppliers to ensure that the items are delivered on time so as not to delay the renovation progress. Whenever we wanted to make any changes to the works that was already done, the workers were also very patient and helped us make the amendments accordingly. Right when the renovation was about to be completed, we were introduced to Reyane who helped us source for items to stage the completed home. Reyane was very helpful and patient with us because we could not put into words what kind of theme and designs we preferred for the decorative items for our home. She constantly sourced for new designs to try and get a gauge of what preferences we had. From choosing the designs to arranging shipment of the items to delivery and installation, she really made it hassle free for us. Most importantly, due to our constant new ideas for the renovation, the cost ballooned to quite a hefty sum, would really like to compliment, Sean, Sam & Reyanne in helping us think of ways to lower the costs without compromising on the look that we wanted. Sam especially was extremely understanding and accommodating when trying to help us manage the costs. Even when the renovations was completed, the team was very responsive whenever we noticed any defects & the recovery work would be arranged promptly. We’ve been hosting many friends since we moved in and all the responses have been very good. Overall, if you would like to have your renovation process to be hassle free, have confidence that the design and actual work to be of high quality, you should seriously consider engaging MSS! Really thankful that we went ahead with Mr Shopper Studio for our renovation project. We first learnt of this company when we saw our friend’s renovated home done by them as well. Since then, I’ve been “stalking” them on their FB and IG! Over the years, we haven’t found one company which does Modern Luxe theme as well as them and at a reasonable price. Hence, when it was time for us to do our renovation we went directly to them without hesitation. It is a worthwhile investment. We would like to thank the team Ken, Joanna (ID) and JJ for seeing through every aspect of the project. Special thanks to our pretty and talented Interior Designer Joanna who is able to understand and cater to her client’s needs and wants whilst not compromising when her professional judgement tells her otherwise. Thank you for allowing us to be part of the “design and styling team” to co-create this dream home. I’m truly amazed by her dedication and passion. We would also like to thank Ken and JJ for overseeing this project and ironing out all the nitty gritty details. Yours is the invisible work that is essential and yet most challenging! As our renovation project started last May during the early stages of the Circuit Breaker, there were lots of delays and challenges especially when hacking works had to be halted due to neighbours’ complaints whilst working from home. Contractors were also hard to come by especially when the borders were closed. But you sorted them all out. It is truly worth the wait. Thanks to Mr Shopper Studio, it feels like we’re on staycation every day...

Extremely bad experiences, they did not follow up closely on the projects. They committed to finish project which we have given ample time for 4months+ but look at the condition 2days before committed shifting dates. Still very messy with a lot of work not complete. Price high but not worth hype. They advertising photos only take angles with product placement decorations. When things are not right, they won't help but only to say they send you photos and you didn't say anything. If we consumers are so well-versed and know what to look our for, not sure what is the job of an ID. And design don't take into consideration of your lifestyle. Beware. Can give no star?

MSS was my rescue ID. I was very unsatisfied by the job done by my previous ID, and barely two years after moving in, I was sold on re-doing my place after being inspired by one of my friends who had MSS do a stunning job for her home. From conception to making it a reality, working with Eric, CK, and Kylie was a breeze. I gave the team a bit of a challenge - which was to take my existing furniture and artwork, and to make it work with the theme I wanted. Amazingly, Kylie managed to come up with a design to pull it altogether, and I am beyond pleased with the result! I really want to thank the team for their professional advice and assurance during the consultation sessions (it felt like having a chat with friends who are also excited about seeing your dream home come true), even in moments when I was doubtful about certain elements of the design. It just proves how important selecting the right ID is - the value of design quality (thank you Kylie!), workmanship (thank you CK!), assurance and the client experience (thank you Eric!) of the whole home renovation makes the amount spent worthwhile. Thank you MSS for making my dream home come true, and I'm so glad there is a company like you in the home renovation space!

We are very pleased to have chosen Mr Shopper Studio for our home renovation. Liz, JJ and team really went above and beyond to guide us through the process, especially guiding us first-time home owners. From design (Liz nailed exactly what we had in mind!) to actual renovation, everything was done very professionally and the house was handed over to us right on time. We love our new home thanks to this team and we are also getting great reviews from our friends and family. Highly recommend! :)
