I am a regular customer to this shop. Even during this semi lock down i go in person to shop n request them to prepare spicy food of what ever i ordered (sardine chatti soru, prawn 65 n chixken chinthani) ... But when i open the parcel in my home (Serangoon), its not even spicy n dont have salt or taste too... So guys i highly disappointed with this shop. Also as i mentioned earlier i order sardine satti soru, bit they gave prawn satti sorru. So i called the shop number to complain, but from the shop side, the person reply that he is the owner n talked rude n he threatened me n told a lie that i order wrong n use a bad words. I will surely complain to these person to the concern department......poor service n plz dont go to this type of shop. Poor service..... Note: 1. while i order i was in clear state. 2.when i collected the food, i ask the guy did they gave all the item as what ever i ordered. He said item is correct. 3.he used bad words while i called the shop number. Surely they feedback in opposite way, because thats what there nature of business. So 100% dont go to this shop.

Food was delicious but the owner was very rude to customer..poor service..I Had reply from this shop... -what do u mean free food?(for owner) - my comments about the behavior n the way talk to customer..hope owner understand,it doesn't matter how busy operation,must remember always guest come first.

False statement of satti sorry and They cheat people who come for alcohol drinks on the bill after they got drunk. They cook separate then put on clay pot and claim it calypot rice(satti sorru) Mutton was cook separate and put on plain bryani an claim as claypot mutton bryani. Service is worst, short of staff. Compare from the normal.bryani rice , it is consider as expensive.

I just attended a function at this "bistro". I was served mutton biryani with a solitary thumb-sized mutton and a glass of lime soda which had diabetes mixed in it. The manager of this so-called bistro, a gold necklace-wearing chap did not take responsibility for the poor quality of the food. Also, the same ambiguous curry was served for the veg and non-veg briyani! Honestly, a briyani at Tekka Market costs $6 and tastes way better. The menu is clearly overpriced and the quality of the rest of the food pales in comparison to the other nearby restaurants like Gandhi and Arunachalam. A total rip off.

This place is very special, can feel like mall, good food and ample of dishes... Only place in little India provides ample of food and all major brands of liquor and beers served... Very relaxing

Worst customer service restaurant from the management. Say one thing but likes to twist and turn words. My experience. Firstly thanks for taking your time to reply my review and appreciate your best wishes for my wedding. And yes giving a place but giving a worst experience for my wedding a for all my pax. On your food and customer service. If you would not be able to cope for 65 pax why in first place agreed. Than call to inform additional charges had to be paid on the eve of wedding. Shows your managers and the management have not in same direction. My guest were helping to serve since your 2 staff were not able to send food to all my guest on time. Anyways good that you have 100 over pax celebrating their event however I am just sending my review to maybe to anyone who knows me can think twice before engaging your restaurant I have no time to entertain back any of your replies on my big day Thank you take care. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the Uncle Aunty Boss Gopi for giving a excellent service rendered at the restaurant. His staff too very friendly and gave service during serving the customer. Also the staff Ms. Geetha had taken prime concern for the customer. The food meets the expectations and value for money. Been there like more than 5 times and they have never disappointed me in my expectations. Great service and not as overrated as compared to most restaurants. Highly recommend ?
