The ladies at Serangoon branch are very warm, friendly and helpful. Always doing their best to make my experience with MTM a comfortable one. Fiona especially has helped me many times in preparing my products for last minute overseas trips. She has been very thoughtful in packing my products in some containers making it easy for me to use my products overseas. Kudos to the Serangoon team! They treat customers as their friends!

The staff at MTM are approachable and they do not hard sell any products. The knowledge on skin care which they share with customers are definitely helpful. Their professional team especially Rain has always done beyond her means to serve her customers or perhaps friends as her service is always beyond what i expected. It is a pleasant experience to have facial treatment here as the staff are professional in handling the customer. I had my skin checked and the consultant, Fiona gave me a thorough explanation on my skin conditions. The beautician, Christina had did a good job in treatment and extraction. My face is now clean and smooth!

I’ve been with MTM (Serangoon Garden Branch) for the past 8 years. It wasn’t easy for me to settle down with a facial place because of my very sensitive skin but when i tried MTM’s facial treatment, all is good so I chose to stay with them. The team is also very professional and knowledgeable. Fiona is my go-to consultant products and services. Whenever i arrive for my appointment, she’s always very welcoming and before i start my facial treatment, she will also help to assess my current skin condition. Thereafter, she will recommend which treatments i should be doing for the day e.g. to target pore or to target pigmentation etc. Christina is my go-to beautician so she handles all of my facial treatments. She is very meticulous and attentive in her work. Every session I know that I’m in her good hands. My skin has improved over the years and I’m overall a very happy customer. Keep up the good work!

Been with Mtm for close to 2 decades now. Have always enjoyed the custom blended experience with them. Every bottle of skincare is unique to every individual. Staff is ever friendly and professional towards customers regardless of how long you have been with them. Of particular mention, Rain and Fiona, some of the resident consultants around, have always been very approachable yet professional. They are constantly aware of my skin conditions and would only recommend what is needed. Always attentive and sensitive to my concerns. One of my regular therapists, Christina, is meticulous in her work and always ensures that every facial session is relaxing yet fruitful. All in all, this team here has become more of a family to me over the years. Excellent customer service, maintaining that professional image yet down to earth attitude towards customers in general.
