โ โ โ โ โ Never buy waffles from them! They will start to make the waffles, and when there are other customers at the cashier, they will abandon your waffles and get back only when they have collected all the payment from the customers at cashier. Your waffles either end up burnt, or if they have taken it out but have not added the sauce, ends up cold.

โ โ โ โ โ Small-scale Japanese bakery franchise located the basement. Quite a popular spot among locals and often times crowded with queues; staff mostly has to manage both cashier and inventory work altogether. A good variety of items on display including rolls, cakes and local snacks. The Mango Mousse cake seemed to be a good buy for $4.80. Tightly sealed and keep its aurosing mango auroma inside - this was quite evident when the package was unsealed. Multiple layers of soft sponge cake, whipped cream, and a mango delicacy to top it off. The cream is so soft that it almost feels hollow when eating the cakes slice by slice. The mousse on top was a delight to have with its natural sweetness - not too sweet or bitter.

โ โ โ โ โ The chocolate banana (with peanut butter)and milk buns are a must try! Itโs filled to the max and buns are soft fluffy. Its so soft that its easily cracked. Quite similar to barcook bakery style on the breads.

โ โ โ โ โ Always love their plain pandan waffle, quite fragrant. Itโs those slightly crispy and chewy kind of waffle~ banana chocolate bun was too sweet for me. The hokkaido milk bun taste like a condensed milk bun but slightly lesser sweet than condensed milk.
