★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered half chicken, with egg, and 3 fragrant rice, total turn out to be only $10. The chicken rice taste slightly above average, am comparing this to Boon Tong Kee, not bad but not fantastic at the same time, enough to make you don't mind coming back, if you get what I mean.
I'd say the selling point is the pricing, for the amount they serve is definitely cheap, hands down. It's very convenient if you stay nearby, which in my case it is.
They sell out very fast, by 12:15pm already sold out, quite crowded at times. I'm glad to discover this place by accident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chicken rice is flavorful and orders can include extra cabbage on the side. There is a new ban mian stall (Oct 2020) that just opened next to the chicken rice stall, so it's worth a try if, in the vicinity. This coffeeshop is a hidden find.
