This stall served awesome fried fish handmade noodles. I have been patronizing this stall for a while, their fried fish is really good. Handmade Fried Fish Noodles (Dry version) costs $4.00. Nothing is comparable to the slippery silkiness of their handmade noodles. They were an ideal balance between tender and chewy. Once you try it, you will know what I meant. They used fresh dory as their fried fish. The fried fish has a slightly salty taste from its light flour batter and is no longer crispy, offers a good bite. These thick and plump chunks of dory, left me very impressed. The noodles were served in an intense rich broth (made from braised meat) which was sweet, savory with the taste of pork belly and ribs. Coupled with fried anchovies (ikan Bilis), this combination was heavenly, almost perfect. Recommended to try out this stall.
