โ โ โ โ โ I am someone who usually don't complain and hold in but this experience rlly made me angry. Hence, the review. I booked an appointment with my mom and we were meant to share the package. However, due to the lack of information asked, they assumed 1 person was doing it. Which I let go bcuz of miscommunication. However, the staff there claimed that she had called my mom when she didn't receive a single call. Why would I want to lie and waste my time?? Then they give my mom the slot available so ok we let go. And after that, I took an appointment for myself and gave them MY number. I went to there on the appointment date & they claimed to hv called both my mom and MY NUMBER when I received no call. Like I said, why would I want to waste my time and lie?? Really fed up with the service.

โ โ โ โ โ The staffsย are very friendly, my children and I have had our treatment at multiflora since June 2019 from Tampines and now shifted to Westgate outlet. Vanessa is our therapist, she is skillful, caring, and knowledgeable. She always explains to us the problem we have and how the treatment she did will help to solve our problems and improve our health. Thanks for her patience.
