As a uni student, I don’t have much time to practice at home so the teacher makes sure that lessons are most effective and efficient for growth. She also gives constructive criticisms and feedback. Lessons with teacher Narine is never dull too!! Being a student here at MLS has helped built a strong foundation for my violin playing and in less that 2 years, I attained a grade 5 distinction. The performance opportunities and experiences I’ve been given here were nothing short of amazing. Thank you teacher Narine and MLS team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive been learning piano & theory from music lifestyle since 2013 and to sum up, my entire music journey has been a real enriching one. We were given many opportunities to perform and showcase our progress such as the recitals, as well as performances on festive occasions (e.g Christmas etc). Ms Quek (also known as teacher Kellyn) always goes all out to teach me beyond the syllabus required, sharing with me tons of music knowledge and aid me when I face difficulties in my Music Elective Programme (MEP) Assignments! My other 2 siblings are also learning from music lifestyle and its really a joy coming for lessons ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the first started taking lessons for my child is at her age 9, As many parents, probably, we worry if 1st music teacher has the magic to unlock a child’s interest & potential on playing music instruments..We are so lucky to meet teacher Serene @ school of Music lifestyle, who helped to light the fire of her love of music.. through the past 4 years’ piano classes there, my child enjoy the lovely & encouraging teaching style & pleasant environment. She will continue running further with this school!

Teacher Kellyn is a kind and caring teacher who focuses on techniques but also teaches ways to present during performances whether it be body language or letting your fingers rest before lifting them up. They have been supportive of my journey as a musician. For example, they have helped me to pass my audition for the music elective programme in my school and have given me many opportunities to perform in public. Hope to still be there for many more years to come.

Since she started having lessons here, she is thriving to learn and she now practices at home without me telling her. With the right teacher, kids can learn fully.
