The piano technician, Mr Chng, arrived promptly for the appointment. He was friendly and very meticulous in his work, spending more than an hour to tune my piano even though it only has a minor issue of slightly flat-sounding keys. My piano sounds wonderful now after tuning, will definitely engage him again.
