Good service staff and the food served was delicious. Will definitely hold my wedding there, if I get the chance. ?

Decent choice of food for wedding. However they need to be careful with the cleanliness of the cutlery. The cups was dirty as it is not being wash. When i show it to the staff, he just show me the other set of cups which as not clean too. One of the waitress drop crumbs on me without saying sorry. Honest review so that Muslim Delights should be better and give a better services

I m in the opinion that this is an almost complete under 1 roof wedding package. Warm reception, reasonable people, price n u are dealing with its owner directly. It gave me confidence n satisfaction . Their terms n conditions r also acceptable , esp during this pandemic .

Had a wedding dinner for my daughter recently on the 14th Feb 2021. Overall I gave 2 thumbs up for the services and the preparation given by the staff. We worked closely together to avoid any hiccups or miscommunication on the event. My guests were all satisfied with the food served and they declared it was delicious. Thank you very very much for all the hard work given by all the staff from Muslim Delight to make this a very memorable event.

Food was not that great, service was slow, we had to help ourselves with opening the cover for the food that was on our table ourselves, to which one the staff remarked rather loudly along the lines of , โ€œwho gave them the permission to open?โ€ As an invited guest, I feel that this is truly unacceptable considering that the food on the table was meant to be shared within the same table anyway. For whatever reasons we are not allowed to help ourselves, kindly put a sign saying so, or better yet provide a timely service, thank you.

I order food for breaking fast.. The tempeh is very hard.. The eggplant is very hard to eat... The bubur pengat pisang the banana is very hard to eat.. The chicken should take out the skin n should wash the inside too.. But the food is ok.. The food is really many.. 4 packs it looks like for 5 people to eat..

Issue 1: Right after our solemnization as the groom just sat on the Dias with the bride, MD staff shouted at our guest, asking them to sit down instead of allowing them to capture our sweet memories. Issue 2: As some of our guest were seated outside, guest would have to come in when it was time to capture photos with the Bride & Groom. To our surprised guest was not allowed to enter as MD claimed that indoor was full. Issue 3: our siblings together with bridesmaid & groomsman were told to leave the premises and wait at the lobby of Grassroot as they were not allocated to any tables for session 1. Even after MD informed us 1 day before the event that 20 pax are able to linger around to Usher / Entertain the guest and mend the guest list Issue 4: First session was up till 730pm, some guests came in a little close to 7pm. MD was preparing to clear the tables. Another disappointment came when our guest was told to stop eating and leave the premises. Issue 5: Instead of approaching our parents MD came into the bridal changing room to debate on the timing. MD claimed that they needed 1 hour to sanitize the premises, I then questioned why the need of sanitizing as MOH ruling stated otherwise. MD then say actually it was for them to prepare food for the next session. MD claimed that they have told us about it when clear they did not at all. We informed them that if they have told us about it we would have made the necessary arrangements. Issue 6: As our guests waited outside for the 2nd session they were told to move away as it was too crowded and MD boss was watching the CCTV. Issue 7: My guest was merely asking if they could start their dinner as everyone allocated was present. They were shouted at. They were told โ€œNo, you have to wait for us to serve youโ€ Issue 8: Flower girl was not allowed to scatter the flower petal as they are fresh flowers. What different does it made fresh or fake petals? Issue 9: My wedding ends at 1030pm. It was only 10 and my guests were asked to leave. Aircon was offed and table were cleared away. I was still changing into my 3rd outfit when MD shouted that I have 10 mins left to change and it was only 10pm. Issue 10: What saddens me most as my guests were shouted at and decline entry, 90% did not and were not able to capture photographs/video with us. MD has the nerve to inform our parents that we invited more than 350 pax. Mind u the door gifts has 3boxes left. As 10% of the invitation did not attend and we only invited 320 out of 350 guests. Last but not least I do not recommend MD at grassroot to any future Couple.
