★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have another business called Louvelle Couture. Rented a gown for $290 but never receive the $200 deposit back cos of some "tears" that they claimed we made but they never raised it to us when we return the gown back and watched them check the gown. Utterly dishonest, deceitful and ridiculous way of customer service. Would give zero stars if there's an option to do so.
