★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a tenant friendly place to work in, unnecessary stress by landlord, management video monitoring 24hrs, strict security (felt like a prisoner rather and a paying tenant), expensive season parking $100/MTH for cars, $20/MTH for motorbike (motorcycle parked once for 6 hours and ended up paying normal car rate #$8.60# INSANE) decided to leave after 2 years of experience... YES RATE IS GOOD BUT NOT TENANT FRIENDLY 100%
