I liaised directly with Ellen who provided high level customer experience in terms of prompt, clear communication, absolute transparency on the terms of the contract, and meticulous preparation of the contract documents. She also gave me discounts for being an NS man and upfront payment of the initial term of the contract. On the day that I was issued the storage room, she went through the condition of the room, giving me a peace of mind that I will not held liable for existing wear and tear in that room. Honestly, the storage room was in a good condition and clean. There are CCTV cameras and security guards, assuring me that my goods will be looked after. I highly recommend this company for your temporary storage needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a contracted customer of this store for 6 years and asked for a few months of refund when i wanted to vacate early . The sneed is “ sorry sir, you have to fulfil. the contract of which 4 months left” and im like “ thank you , bye” .. I’m not much bothered a small amount refund but having been a customer for 6 years they should show more customer empathy. but it was a good test of their customers oriented service .. So i don’t personally recommend this store .. it’s cheap. you get what you pay for .. i have used other storage services too. .. Bye u-store .. i won’t be coming back or recommending you to any one . ..
