★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional and irresponsible. Arrived 15' ahead of our reserved time and they scrambled to let us know that the "processor" is not working. We wasted time and money to get there and now also water time and money to return, with our reserved afternoon time forgone. If they had tested and notified us early of the issue, I'd be more understanding but to do this as the customer walks in is unacceptable. They refunded us the amount, and out of respect for my family, I didn't protest them to also refund us the taxi rides. Complete disappointment due to their lack of preparation
