This is a terrible and downright despicable inhumane nursing home that rules with gangster style. The medical nurse there speak rudely and treat patient's family with no respect. They also tried to cover up the wounds of patient, like my father's buttock and back so that when one looks at the face, will think that he is well taken care off. But, when I pulled down my father's pant, I saw wound and also his back was all blackened. It was not like that before he was in the nursing home. They also have no proper administration. I took my father down for fresh air and then ended up being accused of not listening to the staff nurse and then they ban me from seeing my father, using the past video footage where I scolded the medical staff who was rude to me in the first place. And he refused to apply bandage to the wound, in which the old bandage already seeping with blood, which I discovered by ACCIDENT. I urge anyone who is sending their loved ones to this nursing home, THINK TWICE. They are so UNETHICAL and also deceived me that an investigation would carry out which never HAPPENED.

The environment is one of its key features - very peaceful and serene, surrounded by lots of greeneries and a sky garden at every ward. Fairly clean as well. Service of nurses are generally good. The home also has a gym facility with occupational therapists to assist residents with weekly rehabilitation exercises.

Will advise anyone who's sending family there to personally check on your family's body and visit frequently. Think twice and maybe challenge them when they update you on your family member's condition. Nurses there (mainly FT) will skip changing diapers or showers if nobody is watching them, maybe they're just exhausted from their jobs. There's also communication barrier with the ground staff if your main language isn't English. Otherwise, it's a fairly new nursing home, well furnished and nice.
