We gave specific instructions to installer at our home yet there was a huge miscomm. WA and calls were subsequently ignored when installer was still at our place waiting for them to contact me back. Not even a conversational attempt to fix back our lock and handle which they removed wrongly. Manager was not even keen to even understand what happened.
