UOB Branch - Ang Mo Kio Branch & Wealth Banking Center - AMK Hub

Hi Sir, I am writing to express my gratitude for the excellent services provided by the UOB bank's staff at Ang Mo Kio Hub. I went to your bank on 03 March 2022 to apply for your One Account and Mighty FX but the service was not professional. However on 10 March 2022, I was treated with the finest professionalism and perfection. Alan Tsai Chang Liang, one of your employees, made sure that all of my questions were answered. He made me feel really very comfortable and introduced me to Mighty FX, even how to operate the transaction foreign currencies on the mobile provided by your bank. I was quite glad to visit your UOB bank, and I believe I made the best decision possible. I would like to express my gratitude to Alan Tsai for his kindness and patience. Very slow service here at 1.30pm 14Mar. Waited 45mins and still got 10 ppl in front of my queue num. Only 3 counters opened. Probably most of the team tio covid. Rochor branch 20min wait only.

Was planning to open a FD account. The operating hour is util 6 pm, and It was only 5pm. But One of the customer service office is rushing to close the door. Very bad experience and decided to go to other bank.

Came to this branch for the replacement of my Lady's debit card. Thanks Mr. Cho. at counter 12 for his friendly attitude and efficient service. ?

Been to this place at least 1 pm exact told by the staff whom is manning the que ticket issuing that the estimated wait time is 1 hours. Only to be assisted 3 hours later at 4 pm the work efficiency is very bad.

Rude staff at counter stationed outside the bank. certain documents were required to perform the transaction but was informed in a curt and impatient and downright rude manner. Seems like both of them were more keen to go to lunch/ close the counter.

Special shout out to Connie Soh for her patience, promptness and positive attitude that has made the service experience very pleasant! She was professional, knowledgable and went the extra mile to ensure I was able to get what I needed seamlessly. Wonderful service overall. Appreciate it!

On 03rd June afternoon, I get a Q no. 9082 @ 14:39pm. Stated 25 Customer's ahead me. I just want to get a @ endorsement stamps for my Giro application....yet keep waiting unknow time ??. I wonder which areas go wrong.....I heard so many customers keep complaining their service & long waiting time (Waiting time at least 2hrs & above)...very slow...../ Not productive at all....I'm still waiting for my Q no. to call...........*Need to improve this UOB Branch Services & Solve it out all the issue. Thanks (Finally get serve on time:16:27pm).
