β β β β β Worst furniture store one can ever find.
1) delivered single bed instead of super single first time, dismantle our old my and left us sleeping on the floor till today.
2) found out they used lousy materials when finally deliver the right size bed
3) 78.5 inches becomes 84 inches long, cant even open cupboard
4) claimed to be customizable, but whatever u gave them, they just do as per their imagination.
5) finally got back my refund after 4 months of torture
Am going to small claims against them soon when i find time

β β β β β I bought a set of dinning table through Lazada platform during 11.11 sales. Firstly, Seller didn't arrange a fixed date for the delivery, I have write and reconfirm with them numerous of time to finalize the delivery date. On the day of delivery, they text and said that the supplier had sent the wrong set of chairs for my order and I will need to wait if I don't accept the wrong chairs. Also the delivery date postponed again after confirmation. On the final day of delivery which was the last day of Lazada due for delivery date, waited whole day, delivery didn't happened. Seller claimed that their vehicle broke down. The day after I realized that seller has just cancelled my order without even has the courtesy to inform me. I tried calling and texting them for an answer and seller just went MIA and completely ignored all my messages. Unreliable and irresponsible seller.
