Even I dont like their after sales service. But still want to thank sales person Gino Tan. He is good. Is their policy and higher mgmt is really bad. For someone considering their kitchen cabinet package 32 Feet at 2999. Please do really consider. Physical unit and advertise is a total different thing. Color tone is a great different. To make it worse the ID that came and do the measurements, is so bossy. YOU only can accept and listen. Most of the things is not acceptable. Talking to her is painful too. She will nvr gave u a chance to talk. Was very disappointed with their so called "atas" brand. The whole cabinet after completion is 4.7K, almost a customize price. The edges of the open shelves sux big time. Is the attitude that u could not accept. I am the consumer, meaning I pay and have to accept the lousy finished product. Can you imagine the ID telling me off, " We are losing $ on this project, do not treat us like charity" If we provide the doors , you will come complaining to us." I already accept the lousy edges. Seriously consider getting this package for your new kitchen. You will never gets what they advertise.

Glad we came to this industrial estate to find Picket & Rail. It’s huge with a wide range. The salesperson who served us, Alex, was extremely helpful and we were able to zoom into this beautiful piece of dining set. Highly recommend this outlet and look for Alex Lee ? Post delivery edit - quite disappointed that the quality turned out below expectations. The table and a few chairs had some defects. Still, I was impressed with the customer service who were responsive and helpful. Many thanks to the delivery team who handled the item exchanges.

As a wood lover, we found picket and rail where they’ve a lot of varieties to choose from! The bed is solid and is perfect for what we are looking at. Mattress is also made of foam that’s so comfy. Best of all, the service from Sunny leveled up our shopping experience! Blessed to have known him. This trip is so worth it!

We came looking for a dining set for our new home. There are so many choices here and one would be easily overwhelmed. One of the sales person , Mr. Alex Teo probably saw us looking a bit lost and politely helped us to navigate through the maze of furnishings here. He was able to quickly narrow down what we wanted based on our budget and likes. We found and bought what we wanted within the hour. We are still looking for a sofa set and will consider coming back. I was connected to Ms Aino for custom furniture. She planned the 2 rooms well with what we needed, study table and lots of space optimisation for storage. Am impressed with her service and also communication. Shipment was about 2-3 months before delivery and installation. The installation team was professional as well. My family has always loved the furniture at Picket & Rail. We came by recently (a couple of times actually) and was served by Ms Gail.
