Please do not consider this place unless you want to experience ghosting (wish i had read the reviews prior to making an appt).
Very irresponsible manicurist. Lost phone, hospitalised...
Kept giving benefit of doubt but honestly, cant take it anymore.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MIA when I made my way down to Bukit batok and couldn't get thru hp and msgs. Neither in IG dm. Waited for one hour and no reply. Gave up and hopefully my deposit can be refunded. Bad bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service, if you like ghosting sessions, this is the place to go for. Owner was apparently hospitalised. Given the benefit of doubt, lack of updates, claiming to have little to no signal at the hospital. Only managed to respond after a week, and refunded the deposit with just a screenshot. No apologies or anything. Would give 0 stars if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancelled on me 1 hr+ before the agreed time for appt, despite me reminding earlier in e morning. To giv her the benefit of doubt, she says she is unwell. Did not reply on next alternative appt day available. Ghosted me after that.. asked for refund but also did not reply only after I texted again a few times to check. Waited 2 days for refund of deposit. V disappointed as I was looking forward to try her nail services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly manicurist, great eye for detail. Went for appointment without knowing what I want so told her to freestyle her ideas. End up I super love it! Manicurist also took her time to focus on the details and gave tips on how to care for my dry hands.
Aside from slow replies, i highly recommend her and would return again next month!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Her service is affordable (though hygiene level is questionable).
It is NOT WORTH the hassle of trying to communicate with her. Like the other reviewers have said, she does not reply at all.
She cancels appointments frequently, using sickness, hospitalisation and accidents as excuse. I believed her initially, but it happened so often that I have doubts. If you ask to reschedule, she will not reply you.
Do not recommend!
