Enjoyed every dish at Chef Foong! It’s a hidden gem in plain sight with very yummy dishes although most flock to the zi char right across. Do try all the dishes with the chef recommendation - can’t go too wrong.

Food normal. They are well known for salt-baked chicken. Unfortunately, they bake only 5 chicken for lunch and another 5 for dinner. So my wife and I couldn't get any chicken because chicken was sold out, when it was only 12+ pm. We were disappointed. Environment outside restaurant is not great. Bad smell from drains. Car workshops across the road.

Nice alfresco dining among parking lots in an industrial area. Pretty good food at reasonable prices.

Reasonable price, love the soup! The coffeeshop was very bright with high ceiling. Good place for lunch and dinner gathering

Not sure why the other reviews rate this restaurant so highly when the dishes look pretty pathetic for their portion and tasted average at best, yet cost $16 at least for miserable portion. I bet you'll have a better meal at the other highly rated restaurant just across the block. One of the male waiter kept serving the wrong food to our table without even confirming. Visited at 7.30pm on a weekday and compared to the other restaurant opposite, this had way less customers. Their "chef's recommended" dishes are all just simple dishes as you can probably whip up yourself. Notice they conveniently correction taped all their prices on their menu. $16 for a "medium sized" asparagus dish which looks miserable and doesn't look anything like their photos, $16 for a claypot "braised pork" which meat is only enough for one person - it's akin to just one pax portion of thinly sliced roasted pork you get at a chicken rice store, with measly cubes of toufu. They don't have pictures of most of their dishes on their menu so you don't know what to expect. Any decent cook can probably whip this dish at a fraction of the cost. Nothing special and portion is little af. What a waste of money. The woman who took our orders even recommended those portions and said it was enough for us, but we weren't even satisfied with the portion. Soup of the day winter melon was just average yet costed $16. We all agreed we'll never come back again.

We ordered chicken Wings, Noodles,French Beans and omelette with prawns. The chickens was well cooked and crispy. The noodles. French Beans and Omelette was average taste. I would say price was on higher side. I have not tried other dishes. My first time eating this resturant.

Hidden in an industrial estate along Delta Road, this gem is located in a coffeeshop styled setting. The food didn't take long to come. The prawn paste chicken was nice and crispy. The truffle ee fu noodles was quite tasty but I thought the truffle oil got lost in the dish, couldn't taste any truffle, just had a strong truffle smell. The asparagus was good. Perfectly cooked and went well with the crab/egg White gravy. Definitely worth the price and will be back to try their other dishes.
