My Toy Shop - Jelita Shopping Mall

i googled-map this place & had an unpleasant experience with the male Indian owner. So i better put a review here.The shop is also known as toy station. 1stly the prices of the lego were pricey. 2ndly, i was looking at the monopoly set and shortly he scolded me for not placing the monopoly set back to its original place. i clarified with him and asked where did i not place it back.. He showed me that originally the set was placed vertically on its side & after i browsed it i placed it flat, adjacent to it.. And i retorted " How can you be so rude and scolded me for this miniscule matter?" He said " i had to place it back for you and u are wrong not placing it back exactly where it should be.." My jaw dropped & said " actually i wanted to buy 2 items from your store but now..." He replied " Fine.Please go elsewhere.." Finally i am not someone who thinks that customers are always right & you dont have to pander to me. But to scold a customer for the above matter...too much man..Hmm..good luck to you dae if you are gonna conduct your business this way..

This shop brings back the memories of my childhood. I came here last week and my younger sister really loved and enjoyed the toys that I brought in here. Their toys are in good quality and in an affordable price. I will surely come back to buy more toys!

Excellent service! Bought Lego Friends Grand Hotel (an expired product that i had been looking around for weeks). Had bad experience with 2 other shops who cancelled my order up to a week after i made my payment. So when i chanced upon mytoyshop, i watsapp the person instead to confirm that it is available. Thanks mytoyshop for having the watsapp mode of communication and for replying me so promptly. Amazingly, the product was delivered to me within an hour! It's unbelievable! Bought it as a birthday gift for my gal and before this i had lost hope in getting it on time. Thanks mytoyshop for the speedy delivery that i managed to receive it even before her birthday! The product is delivered in excellent condition!

Online shopping experience is poor. My online order was cancelled with no reason given. Surely it doesn't take much to send an email that states "Apologies but your order has been cancelled because..." That would have built customer relationship rather than giving them a cold shoulder.

PLEASE AVOID. UNPLEASANT AND DISHONEST. We bought two fidget spinners from toy station for $30 each. The sales assistant had said that the $9 ones were out of stock. Within a day a part of the spinner came off n it was unusable. I brought It back and The Indian owner refuses to take responsibility for it. He says that he tells people that it is fragile (?? It's for kids!) n it's non refundable, both of which the sales person did NOT tell me or else I would have looked for a cheaper model. His exact words "even if you had walked out and it it got broken in 5 minutes I can't do anything. Much less in one day". Very unpleasant. Avoid.

BAD ONLINE EXPERIENCE AND RUDE STORE OWNER. His defensive reply just proves my point. Lazada gave a delivery date of 1 day and there was a discrepancy with his product post. However, instead of trying to resolve the situation, he lost his temper and cut me off on the phone. He is a rude rude man with a short fuse who blames everyone else except himself. He has no respect for his customers. Please see the other 1 star reviews below which highlight the same issues with the owner.

I was impressed by the collection of toys. I saw that he had 4M toys which were very educational. I wanted to go back again but was unable to, which is why I contacted him via phone. He was flexible enough for me to purchase via PayNow and for me to arrange my own delivery. Overall good customer experience. I will go back for more :)

Had a good selection of Lego toys. Shop owner was attentive to our requests and gave good recommendations.
