★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Speedy delivery of personalised Jelly Cats, got mine within 3 working days! Responsive over email when I asked for advice on choosing thread color.
Special shout out to Amanda for her amazing customer service, I’d asked for a store carrier to be included with the shipment but it was missed out, so she personally delivered them to my door step!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not worth the money. Bought a medium sized bunny. Personally I feel that it is not very stuffed and it was mailed to me in just a plastic bag. Was expecting a little abit more for the price I paid for. Maybe they could have mailed it to be in a simple box ? Also paid additional $20 just for personalized name and the name could be seen on the reserve side as well. Does not seem neat. They could have hid it in the inner layer instead. Overall quality is acceptable, but personally don't feel that is worth the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughters love Jellycats and we love the wide selection of jellycats in Elly store and we've gotten most of them from Elly. We've gotten a few pieces of dresses from them and they are all pretty well-made. Staff is helpful and friendly and always there to answer my questions. Overall a pleasant shopping experience.

Made a last minute order of a personalised jellycat for my maternity shoot and informed them that i needed the personalised jellycat within a week (altho it was stated that personalised items may take up to 10 working days during festive season). Clarabelle was very responsive and understanding. She expedited my order and received the jellycat within 2 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to buy shoes for my niece who is 1 and a half years old. The retail staff was really nice and explained to us which shoe we should have gotten for her. Even though the sizing was slightly small and could have lasted my niece for perhaps 1-2 more months, the retail staff didn't pressurise us to buy anything at all. We still went ahead to purchase it in the end as we needed a good pair of shoe for my niece. Months down the road, the shoe still fits my niece perfectly and the quality is still great. Great service!

Shout-out to Daion who we liaised with, he was able to pick out practical gifts and also really cute ones which the mother really loved (monogrammed jellycat bunny.) Overall, it was a pleasant and speedy experience ;)
