Snapped my front shock absorber bolt when tightening.
When installing rear shock absorber, used crowbar instead of coil spring compressor.
Never again.
Generally below average.

Patrick was accommodating and earnest in my brief interaction with him then, as he highlighted to me my car’s water marks issue. No high-pressure sales tactics nor up-selling - just a suggestion on what could be done, which I really appreciate. Finally decided and went for his car polishing service after a few weeks. Was impressed with the results as all the water marks were gone, and even the rims and car interior were nicely detailed. Patrick was also patient and took time to explain to me the after-care for the car - am impressed! And nothing to complain about the initial car wash either, it was relatively affordable and they do it well.
