J	Jaren Toh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this workshop due to MU failure on a common DQ200 DSG transmission, Brother Eric took the time to explain to me the procedure and even show me the things that was required to do before replacing the MU even though it was nearing the closing time he went the extra mile to took out my MU and diagnose whether was my gearbox affected aswell, thankfully it was fine ?. It was my first time visiting this workshop and ensuring me that my vehicle will be well taken care of. Eric is knowledgeable and upon replacing my MU, during the collection day he even showed me my faulty MU that was being opened up and explain what went wrong with my MU. At the end of the day it was a pleasant experience visiting One Zone Automotive. Would recommend anyone who is facing similar issue with the DQ200 to visit this workshop. ??

They will deliberately pour oil, loosen parts on your car and quote you ridiculous prices for repair. They lied to me about a major damage in my car Quoted $1000. I rejected it and went to different mechanic and found out noting was spoilt. Only some part is loose , just tightening will do. After failing to scam me, they use the term "check" and dismantle my car wheel and demanded I have to pay testing fee of $60 Bloody scammer Beware Don't use thier service

Completely a scam The people are very rude and dishonest in their pricing Went to visit them and ask if they are able to fix my car. when ask about any fees or prices, they abruptly say "they need check just leave the car here". After returning they quoted a major part is spoilt and quoted nearly $800 and after rejecting it. they demand $60 to pay for it. it is a complete scam!!! went to another workshop, they say noting is spoilt . Only some part were loose and require some tightening. Cost me less then $50 to get it fix BEWARE SCAMMER THIS IS A SCAMMER WORKSHOP

Upon rejecting it , they demanded to pay $60 for services which was not mention earlier. Completely rip off. They lied about master pump spoilt. Went to another mechanic, he quickly solve it by tightening some screws and only charge me $30.00 And say it is a small issue. This One zone workshop are real scammers This company is pure scam Do not send any car there. Pm me for evident I be happy to share

Very impressed with their level of service and knowledge. Highly recommended if you are looking for a WS to maintain your car.

His team was able to diagnose all the faulty items such as fan belt, battery and spark plug that located in my car. After diagnose the car, they will advise me to change it in a reasonable price. Because of this, i have a good experience today with them and will go back again for my next car servicing. Thanks

Eric and his mechanics did an excellent job cleaning my 6yrs old Mazda5 exhaust catalytic converter and was extremely helpful at all times. He explained clearly what work was needed and why.
