The most relaxing, pleasant nail experience in Singapore. MORE importantly, the staff take the time to explain what the different services are so you can make an informed decision. We’re all extremely patient with me after a different salon did a number on my nails that they had to fix. The owner is absolutely lovely and seems well loved by her staff as many have been with her since the salons inception. Very fairly priced as well. (And the best calf massage I’ve ever gotten with a pedicure!) Thanks natalie and recommend to everyone～

Average service. BUT TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE BECAUSE OF HARD SELLING. 1 star is being generous. Would give 0 stars if possible. The staff will not stop promoting even though I've rejected them politely more than 7 times! They continue to reduce the price - which seems quite unreasonable to me - how is that fair to the rest of your customers? I've signed up for a package the first time (young and dumb) but they keep continue to HARD SELL. It is always the BEST PRICE, it is always the LAST DAY. How is that possible?! I have paid thousands of dollars - and I am seriously considering to boycott them and treat this as an expensive lesson learnt. And if I visit them again, I am also considering recording their sales talk and submitting it to CASE as evidence of hard selling. This is how upset I am with their services, and with myself for signing a package. Going for mani/pedi is suppose to be relaxing, but the experience has made me very very stress >:

I popped by a month back to get my nails done, and they were so nice to accommodate me despite the last minute notice. The team was friendly and chirpy, and I had such a nice conversation with them! My nails were done really meticulously too, and I don't doubt the quality of the varnish they use because I haven't seen any breakage (which is something I'm used to when I get my nails done elsewhere).
