Did a walk-in on a weekday evening and was very impressed by the high standards of cleanliness and customer service. Ms Ada was very meticulous yet gentle throughout the entire pedicure :) The salon has a minimalist decor but still remains very comfortable and relaxing. There was no hard-selling, I was merely offered a package prior to payment but the staff were not pushy at all. The classic pedi comes with a free (take home) foot mask which was a pleasant surprise. Definitely a salon worth your time and money! Happy customer here.

Overall it’s a great experience. The store is clean and nice; the staff there is super friendly and professional. Most importantly, I really like the nail art that Yuco did. Will definitely come back again.

Have been doing my lashes at Paintby527 for a while. I love how clean this place is, and the skills of the professional beauticians! Yuco has been doing my lashes, and she also fulfilled my request for a nail-art design I found from Pinterest. Very impressed and will continue to get manicure and lash services from them!

Service at 527 nails is always professional, clean and efficient. The nail technicians are capable of doing many intricate designs - including drawing, marbling and more! Price is on the slightly higher side but the quality is superb. My nails typically last more than 5 weeks and there's absolutely no chipping and no breakage. Highly recommend! ?

Staff did a fantastic job on my mani pedi. Meticulous and helpful, they'll try to assist you with questions and also provide you with valuable advice on how to take care of your nails. The staff are also very talented, one of them is skilled in precision drawing/painting (she painted a pair of Disney cartoon characters on both her left and right thumb, and I think for all the nail art display you can find around the studio she might have done some of it too). You can look for her to do very nice nail art found in Pinterest, Instagram etc. Or those artsy seasonal Chinese New year / Christmas themed ones. Studio is well decorated, clean and very spacious (as per images uploaded on Google). Overall I had an amazing experience and I've also signed up a package with them. Visited twice for gel mani & pedi and absolutely loved the experience! Super friendly and meticulous manicurist. Cuticle cleaning and removal of existing gel colours are done efficiently with the use of machinery instead of manually. No extra charge for multiple colours. Best of all, polish application is really neat, even and extremely lasting — I’ve gone 3-4 weeks without it peeling (unheard of from other places I’ve tried). Their packages are reasonably priced, transparent, and will be worth it for someone who does mani/pedicures on a regular basis. Absolutely no hard selling, which I really appreciated. I’ve heard some complaints that it’s difficult to get an appointment — I’m not surprised given the quality and price. Make bookings in advance!
