C	Chloe Sng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did classic manicure. Manicurist spent a whole hour on that, and not a good job done. Cuticles were not cut clean and paintwork was not too good. Had to repaint one too, but still... she blamed it on the nail polish. She looked so grouchy too. Bad day maybe. But it sure rubbed off on me.

Not gentle at all putting on the toes separator and removing it... simple pushing it in and pulling it off! And her instructions are mumbled ao softly i had to ask her to repeat or basically a tap tap on my feet which means put leg down/change leg LOL Oh wells. Basic pedicure at $28 but its acceptable... Can get cheaper deal on FAVE.

The shop put a sign outside the store stating that they were charging $18 for gel manicure/pedicure so I decided to go for both gel manicure and pedicure (which should amount to $36). After the service, they charged $78! They then shared that the $18 gel manicure/pedicure was for members only WHICH WAS NOT STATED ON THE SIGN. The members package costs more than $200! I am horrified by how poor their business ethics are and will advise everyone to avoid this nail salon and go for more trustworthy nail shops in the area.
W	W Di on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff (Ashley) didn’t even bother to ask the shape of nails preferred and quality of gelish was so bad it didn’t even last a week. And they even charged more for CNY surcharge. Don’t expect any service too.
J	Jee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a classic gel mani ($33) and they did a good job, the staff ensured that the nails were well prepped (cuticle removal, shaping, buffing) and was properly painted. However, the staff could be a little bit friendlier towards customers. Overall, i'm pretty satisfied with their service.

This particular staff started my pedicure and as she was cleaning out my cuticles she just blurted out that i have fungus and my nails were going to fall off. Its really upsetting to know that this nail technician couldn’t tell the difference between stained nails from the previous colour vs fungus. Worst was that there were other customers. Tho i know it wasn’t fungus I could help by feel embarrassed. She was not gentle at all and didn't even soften or slow down when i mention that a particular procedure was too painful. It was a really painful and terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend getting your nails done here
F	Felicia Lau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sis recommend the kovan one, did gel mani and gel pedi express for $18 & $25 nett respectively. Mani done by Xinyi Pedi done by Jesslyn. Both were good, very satisfied w the results. Pros: - Absolutely reasonable price. No GST too. - Staff does not make small talk. I like it cos I want to do my nails quietly. - Convenient location Cons: - Staff aren't very friendly. They dont seem very approachable. Overall, for the price and quality, i will still go back there to do my nails frequently ? will recommend my mum n my friends as well.
